I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although recently refurbished with vintage furniture, were too small and noisy due to a nearby wedding with loud music. On the bright side, the service was exceptional - the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The location was superb, perfect for exploring the town, and the dining options were excellent. The hotel is super centric to move around the city, along the Corniche, making it perfect for exploring. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and I received a great welcome by Mohamed & Nesma upon arrival. The service staff is really decent and helpful, but the reception staff could improve. The location is convenient, with easy access to city attractions, although kitchen ventilation needs attention. Overall, a good value for money stay with some room for improvement.
